Terms and Conditions

Fees for service...
It is agreed that the fee for service shall be the cost estimates provided on quote submission, unless work undertaken exceeds work outlined. If work undertaken exceeds the items specified on quote submission, Client agrees to pay appropriate fees for the excess work.

Warranty and Liability...
Client is responsible to conduct their own trademark and other clearance searches to ensure that any material supplied to Artweyes Graphics is available for use. Client must obtain all necessary licences and consents to use any material that it supplies to Artweyes Graphics. Client agrees to indemnify Artweyes Graphics against any claims or proceedings brought against Artweyes Graphics arising from use of such material.

Payment...
Client agrees to pay the invoiced amount within 14 Days of receipt of an invoice. If the work time exceeds 4 calendar weeks in duration, Client agrees to payment by monthly invoices based on the work done to date.

Debt / Slow Payment...
Non-payment of work completed by Artweyes Graphics will be pursued vigorously. Legal fees, debt collection fees and all our costs spent on this recovery will be sought. Interest of 1.5% per quarter, calculated daily will apply from the due date of the invoice.

Confidentiality...
It is agreed that employees of Artweyes Graphics shall not at any time either during the continuance of the work outlined or thereafter, except in the course of their duties, divulge any of the confidential affairs of Client or any of its clients or associated companies to anyone whatsoever without the previous consent in writing of Client.
