Design of the sign shall be ready within 3 to 4 working days.

Draft of the sign shall be sent to the customer for approval.

Manufacturing will start only after the approval of the customer.

No changes shall be made after approval received from the customer.

Manufactured sign photo/video shall be sent to the customer before delivery.

The sign shall be handed over to the customer in 3 to 4 weeks.
This is the standard time no matter how complex neon signs are,
electrical adapter to power the sign is included in the price.

The sign MUST be paid by the customer before production proveeds, either by cash, EFT or by Credit / Debit card on Artweyes website.

After signs delivered to the customer it shall be customer’s responsibility to keep it safe and secure by handling with EXTREME care.

Artweyes will NOT be responsible if any “physical” damage (sign break) happened to the neon sign AFTER delivery to / picked up by the customer.

Warranty of 1 year is for LED light ONLY. If LED ceases to work, the neon sign MUST be sent to Holmview address of Artweyes for review.

No REFUNDS or EXCHANGE after neon sign is fully manufactured. In case of customer not liking something, sign can ONLY be rectified but deposit amount will not be refunded.

Please be aware due to unforeseen circumstances (worker got sick, sign got broken by mistake, delay of parts & lights etc.), there could be a delay.
Customer shall be informed about those unforeseen circumstances as soon as possible.
